Carol has been working in the Birmingham real estate market since 1976. She has seen this city transform into “The Magic City” as it is known today. Due to Carol’s knowledge of and enthusiasm for Birmingham, many UAB departments and companies ask her to give Birmingham city tours to potential new hires who are considering relocated to Birmingham. Her tours include highlights of UAB Medical Center, outstanding locally-owned restaurants, museums, parks, subdivisions, shopping and Birmingham’s relaxed lifestyle.
Carol has always been an advocate for her clients, whether they are buyers or sellers, to help them understand the home-buying process. Due to her many contacts, she has the ability to help sellers or buyers in all aspects of the transaction. Over her long career, many of her clients have become long-time clients and friends. And many of her past clients continue to call her for recommendations regarding their home or home repairs.
Carol is also involved in and a supporter of the Greater Humane Birmingham Society Women’s Auxiliary, the YWCA, WBHM Public Radio, Big Oak Ranch, Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and other organizations throughout the city.
Carol’s motto has always been:
“It’s the Agent that Makes the Difference”
